What ReNet is
ReNet helps people who are at the same event find each other and stay in touch afterwards. It is operated by LynBro ApS, CVR 46321499, Denmark. By using ReNet you accept these terms.
Your account
You can start with an anonymous anchor and add an email or phone number later. Keep access to that anchor: whoever holds it can use your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ReNet.
How to behave
ReNet exists so that people meet each other, not so that anyone gets harvested. You must not:
- collect participants' data in bulk, scrape it, or export it for mailing lists;
- send unsolicited sales pitches to people who did not ask for them;
- impersonate someone else, or claim a presence you did not have;
- upload photographs of people who have objected, or content that is illegal, hateful or harassing;
- attempt to bypass verification, rate limits or another person's block.
Anyone can block or report another participant. Repeated reports reduce an account's standing and can lead to suspension. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone, that a connection will lead to business, or that other participants describe themselves accurately. Verified presence means we checked that a person was there — not that they are who they say they are professionally. Use your own judgement, as you would at any event.
The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Your content
What you write and photograph stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it inside ReNet, to the people your privacy settings allow, for as long as you keep it there. Delete it and we stop showing it.
Liability
To the extent Danish law allows, LynBro ApS is not liable for indirect losses — lost business, lost opportunities, lost data — arising from use of ReNet. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and disputes
We may change these terms; substantive changes will be announced in the app. Danish law applies, and disputes belong to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights your local law gives you.
